Holistic Healing Support: Your body is always healing you and supporting you. All your symptoms are your bodies way of communicating with you. If you suppress your symptoms you cut off that communication. It's time to get to the root cause. You are more powerful than you realize and your body is an amazing quantum "machine" that we haven't begun to understand. You are not the labels that have been given to you or you have given yourself. You do not need to feel stuck, depressed, anxious, angry, triggered or sick. You can love yourself and love your life. Quantum healing involves expanding your consciousness and being open to infinite possibilities. I will help you remember who you are, to help you understand what is holding you back and help you get where you want to go. We can work on relationships, intuitive eating, or personal healing and growth. You can heal yourself, find your truth, and your inner self, where your peace and joy are always available to you. It may require brutal honesty on your part, questioning what you think you know and embracing the uncomfortable. It is messy and beautiful and so empowering!​ I can help you find your light and your lightness in the darkest moments. I can show you what you have not wanted to see until now. Don't be afraid of the truth, it will become your compass.​ Meditation and Energy Work: I will walk you in guided meditation to help you relax, work on your breathing, and help you visualize your own healing. In quantum physics, you can collapse a possibility into a probably by observing something. By observing and visualizing your own healing, it has a profound impact on your physiology. While you are in a relaxed meditative state, I will do energy healing based on Reiki but with shamanic influences.
