About the Violet Spark Wellness Retreat This retreat will have all the energy and information of my usual wellness retreat but for November, we will focus even more on self-care and gratitude. Gratitude is the best way to raise your vibration and really get the most out of life. Spend 3 days, 3 nights in healing environment surrounded by nature. Get away from the hustle of daily life and the pull of unhealthy habits. Reconnect with nature, the earth, your intuition, your awareness, and your inner healer. Learn the simple approach to physical and mental health. You are the expert on you and only you can heal yourself, but I can be your guide or inspiration on this journey of self-rediscovery and remember how powerful you really are. The retreat includes lodging, all meals and activities. We will have private access to the entire retreat space. At the retreat we will: *Prepare nourishing, delicious meals in small groups with loving, healing intention in the private, kitchen. *Hold space for each other with unconditional love and without judgement. After the retreat, if you're willing, you will go back to your world changed, not only knowing how to access your inner love and peace at anytime, but bringing that love and peace (as well as curiosity and playfulness) into all your daily activities. You will have a deeper connection with and trust in your body's natural healing abilities and in your own intuitive abilities. There is one room with one 4 rooms each with a Queen bed. Rates are $722 for a single and $882 total for 2 people to a room. A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The full amount is due October 24th or you may cancel for a full refund by October 24th. However, this retreat needs a minimum of 2 participants (rooms) booked for it to proceed so Violet Spark Energy reserves the right to cancel the retreat and issue refunds by October 24th if the minimum requirement is not met.
