You are the expert on you and only you can heal yourself, but let Beth be your guide on this journey of self-rediscovery and remember how powerful you really are. Spend relaxing days with like-minded and supportive people. The retreat includes lodging, all meals and activities. We will have private access to the entire retreat space. We will prepare nourishing, delicious meals in small groups with loving, healing intention in the private, commercial kitchen. We will hold space for each other with unconditional love and without judgement. After the retreat, you will go back to your world changed, not only knowing how to access your inner love and peace at anytime, but bringing that love and peace (as well as curiosity and playfulness) into all your daily activities. You will have a deeper connection with and trust in your body's natural healing abilities and in your own intuitivie abilities.
